Top rack kept coming out gritty. The upper spray arm was not turning because its feed tube had unclipped at the back wall. Clipped back and secured, and the glasses come out clean again.

It would not fill at all. The inlet valve screen was choked with grit from the street work last spring. He cleaned the screen, replaced the valve anyway, and flushed the line before reconnecting.
